Maintenance Manager
We are looking for a committed Maintenance Manager to lead the engineering operations across our facility, including equipment, infrastructure, and production systems. This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations while minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency and safety. You'll have decision-making authority over hiring, training, task assignments, disciplinary actions, performance reviews, scheduling, and compensation recommendations.
Manage engineering activities for facility equipment, infrastructure, and production systems
Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory standards
Conduct engineering tasks including machine calculations, control system programming, and configuration
Develop ladder logic and structured text programs for PLCs
Design and implement HMI, SCADA, and custom data acquisition systems
Create electrical schematics and panel designs
Install and verify machine safety systems
Perform equipment testing and troubleshooting
Identify and resolve mechanical inefficiencies
Design, prototype, and evaluate new systems and components
Oversee CAD drawing development
Document technical analyses and recommend corrective actions
Strong skills in PLC programming, diagnostics, and maintenance
Experience in mechanical maintenance and process optimization
Solid project management capabilities
Familiarity with Siemens and Rockwell automation systems
Proficiency in ladder logic and structured text programming
Expertise in HMI and SCADA system design
Ability to read and create electrical schematics and panel layouts
Knowledge of machine safety systems and testing protocols
Experience with manufacturing software like Ignition or Wonderware
Understanding of Ethernet / IP and industrial networking
Skills in machine vision and data acquisition technologies
Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
Familiarity with ANSI / ASME drafting standards
Knowledge of machining and fabrication techniques
Strong leadership and team-building abilities

This is a Permanent position based out of Atlanta, GA. The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $160000.00 / yr.
