CLA is seeking a Client Success Associate.
This role assists with the optimization of the client experience lifecycle. They help facilitate the development of digital software client relationships in order to promote loyalty, retention, and drive up the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Essential Job Functions :
Requirements :
Experience : 2 years of relevant experience required. Experience with software account management, leading teams, and managing clients preferred.
Education : Bachelor's degree required (combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree). Degree in Accounting, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing preferred.
Technical Competencies : Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office products (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)
Travel Requirements : This position requires frequent local travel to / from client sites and may require occasional non-local or overnight travel for client visits, training, meetings and / or other business-related purposes.
