Position Overview :

The Heat Treat Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating heat treat furnaces that use a vacuum induction method. Will follow detailed work instructions and maintain meticulous records to ensure batch accuracy. Will load / unload parts into the different production equipment and take measurements / readings of finished parts in accordance with QC standards. Work is available on all three shifts, with mandatory weekend / overtime availability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare materials for furnace
• Rack parts to be loaded into the oven in correct orientation
• Set up oven to correct settings and operate
• Visually inspect parts, recording properties required
• Maintain QC documentation to support regulated industries
