We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Coordinator to join our team in one of the following markets / office locations : Ashburn, VA; Orlando, FL; Indianapolis, IN. This position supports the Leasing Department to include the VP, Leasing Director and Regional Leasing Manager in the team's day-to-day activity Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :

• Assists Leasing Representatives in gathering required information and reports for deal packages and loads information into network.
• Coordinates and proofs requests for additional deal information from internal departments.
• Coordinates and proofs updates between Leasing Representatives and the CAD department.
• Coordinates retailer Portfolio Review Meetings.
• Participates in weekly meetings with assigned Leasing Rep(s) and manager.
• Participates in quarterly department meetings.
• Coordinates travel and files related expenses.
• Routes and tracks documents including approval memos, broker agreements, and commission invoices.
• Coordinates ordering leasing signs.
• Assists in scheduling meetings and maintaining master schedule for team for ICSC events.
• Attends ICSC events as needed.
• Communicates via email with tenants, vendors, shoppers, and co-workers in a timely and responsive manner.
• Drafts memos, letters, reports, and other documents for review.
• Researches leases and lease language as relates to tenant rights and obligations.
• Provides front office phone support as needed.
• Additional adhoc projects / duties as assigned by manager.
