What We Offer :

Job Summary : The Senior Lead HVAC Service Technician will manage and perform service operations with a primary focus on residential HVAC systems. While we occasionally handle light commercial work, the vast majority of our service calls are residential. This role includes troubleshooting, supervising other technicians, and ensuring timely, high-quality repairs and maintenance - all while delivering exceptional customer service to homeowners.

Pay : $38-$55 / hour, depending on experience

Hours : Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm
