HVAC Residential Service Technicians, 5 Years Min. Experience Required

Job Summary :

We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting and cleaning equipment (PM)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and malfunctions
• Repair or replace defective parts or components
• Test system performance using specialized tools and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used (via Field Desk Tablet)

Skills :

Proficient in maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment

Familiarity with reading and schematics

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair

Strong knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems

Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics

Experience with plumbing and HVAC design

Mechanical aptitude and field service experience

Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration and equipment repair

Valid driver's license with van driving experience
