We're seeking a Customer Service Representative who brings professionalism, accuracy, and a can-do attitude to our growing team. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you'll help us maintain our reputation for exceptional service and reliability in the competitive die-making and packaging industry.

  • ????️ What You'll Do, additional duties as requested
  • Act as the primary contact for customers-via phone and email-with professionalism and urgency

    Process and enter customer orders and quotes accurately

    Communicate job specifications and timelines across departments (design, estimating, production, shipping)

    Proactively update customers about order status and resolve any concerns

    Support the Sales team by building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for upsell

    Ensure customer records, order history, and quotes are kept updated in our ERP system (Paladin)

    ✅ What You Bring

    2+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing or print / packaging industry is a plus)

    Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

    Experience with ERP or POS systems preferred

    Clear and respectful communication-written and verbal

    Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized with excellent time management

    A team-first attitude and a drive to do your best every day

  • ???? Working Environment & Requirements
  • Sit, type, and interact with customers for long periods

    Occasional lifting of materials up to 25 lbs

    Frequent exposure to a loud, high-energy production facility

    Must follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
