We are seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Pest Control Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role combines relationship-building, consultative sales, and territory management to generate new business, maintain existing accounts, and promote the company’s full range of pest management solutions. The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated, and thrives in both field and phone-based sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management – Build long-term relationships with customers by following up regularly, ensuring satisfaction, and securing repeat business.
Territory Development – Maintain an active pipeline and manage assigned territories effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
Collaboration – Work closely with service technicians and office staff to ensure seamless customer onboarding and excellent service delivery.
Brand Representation – Represent the company professionally in appearance, communication, and customer interactions at all times.
Performance Tracking – Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, accurately maintain CRM records, and provide reports on pipeline activity.
Quoting & Contracting – Prepare and present service proposals, explain contract terms, and close sales with professionalism and accuracy.
Prospecting & Lead Generation – Identify and pursue new residential and commercial clients through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and community outreach.
Consultative Selling – Conduct site evaluations, identify pest issues, and recommend customized treatment plans to address customer needs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in pest control, home services, or route-based industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable with outdoor / field work and interacting with customers on-site.
Basic computer proficiency (CRM software, email, and Microsoft Office Suite).
