Senior Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to execute analytics and reporting that support clinical, operational, product, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of business and care programs, performing analyses and designing complex data models

Report on healthcare quality metrics and identify opportunities to streamline processes and build scalable data solutions

Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into analytics solutions and support strategic planning

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

5-7 years of relevant experience

Strong SQL expertise and hands-on experience with Python

Experience with data modeling and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI

Knowledge of healthcare operations and working with claims and clinical data
