Overview

AmeriWater is a long-established industry leader in the design, manufacture, installation and supply of water purification systems and services for dialysis, industrial and healthcare applications. We are based in Dayton, Ohio and looking for a Service Technician to service our growing customer base in the Southeast Region, US.

Remote Role, Preferred Location : Charlotte, North Carolina area

Relocation Package : None

Position Summary

Responsible for field service repairs and installation of water treatment equipment. Provide technical phone support on water system components to customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform field service repairs, emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, and installation of ultrapure water treatment equipment.
• Local or national travel up to 80-90% of the time, depending on territory and customer needs.
• When field service is not required, provide technical phone support on water system components to customers.
• Provide responsive, efficient, and professional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Follow all safety and ergonomic programs and guidelines.
