Are you an outgoing and interested developing your skills as a Leasing Agent? Our client is looking for a part-time Leasing Agent to show properties in the Portland metro area for an established property management company. If you are organized with strong follow-through, please apply. The main areas of leasing will be in Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington County, in addition to working in other areas of the Portland / Metro area.

Qualifications :

• 1 year customer service experience (preferred)
• An interest in showing properties
• Highly proficient in written and verbal communication
• Must be available to work, days, two evenings per week and one weekend day per week
• Proficient computer knowledge of Word, Excel, general internet and e-mail applications
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and accurately
• Maintain excellent communication skills with clients and co-workers
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
