Patient Access Specialist Lead
This role is responsible for leading and coordinating tasks related to patient access across four outpatient therapy clinics and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. The Patient Access Specialist Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient administrative processes and ensuring patients receive needed care. This position will be in direct contact with patients, providers, and insurance companies and will oversee determining patient eligibility for services, insurance verification and financial eligibility, collecting and verifying insurance information, reviewing payment options and financial details, and obtaining precertification requirements for receiving services. This position ultimately serves as a key role in the therapy services department, facilitating a seamless delivery of care and ensuring excellent patient experience.
Required :
High school diploma or equivalent
One to three years' experience
Starting Range : $17.42 - $19.16
