Our Service Manager position is responsible for managing and optimizing shop work schedules and assigning service technicians to work orders. You will also provide direction and guidance to service technicians in equipment repairs, coordinate field service schedules, oversee and manage the logistics of equipment pickup and delivery. You must harbor and cultivate an extreme ownership and customer obsessed attitude where you are a champion of your position and customer service is our top priority.
