Plant Sr. Manager, Sycamore IL.
GENERAL PURPOSE :
The Plant Manager position provides the overall leadership and expertise to ensure their team's success in operating the plant safely and efficiently while being good stewards of the environment and generating quality finished goods that exceed customer expectations.
The position has overall responsibility for the Sycamore plant to ensure standards for Environmental, Health, Safety, Quality and Food Safety are met or exceeded as well as in obtaining, developing and retaining talent to meet outlined goals for production and financial performance.
The Plant Manager role provides leadership and support to 9 direct reports on the site, EHS Manager, HR / Operations Administrator, Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager, Production Scheduler, Transportation and Logistics Specialist, (2) Finished Goods Technicians, and Senior Process Engineer (CapEx). The role also partners directly with the VP of Operations for the Americas region, as well as other internal and external stakeholders.

When determining final compensation, we take into consideration : skillset, job scope, knowledge, prior experience, cost of living, market data, budget availability, and other factors as permitted by law.
The salary range for this position is : $115,000 - $181,000.
