The Perelman School of Medicine is consistently rated as one of the top medical institutions in the United States, and the Dermatology Department has always been at the forefront of academic medicine since its founding in 1874.

The Department of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania is growing and offers several exciting positions for community based dermatologists. Duties
Penn Medicine utilizes electronic medical records, with guidance and support for quality programs, such asMACRAandMIPS, and a dedicated focus on physician wellness.

Qualifications

Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree or equivalent degree, PA licensure (without restrictions) andDEAlicensure required; and be board certified or board eligible in Dermatology. 0-1 year of work experience of related experience in a specified medical field. Candidates must have demonstrated qualifications in education and clinical care, with excellent leadership skills to maintain practice operations and outstanding patient care across the site. Full time clinical positions with and without teaching requirements are available. Experience in a busy Dermatology practice is preferred.

Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job’s level. Internal organization and peer data at Penn are also considered.
