Position : Therapist-PT-Physical Therapist (Travel / Contract)
We're hiring experienced Therapist-PT-Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Plano, Texas — earn up to ($1860 - $1958 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in various settings.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Engage in self-reflection and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.
Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
Manage time effectively to meet patient needs and administrative duties.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and operational improvements.
Experience / Qualifications
Valid Texas physical therapy license and certification required.
Strong ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment.
Proven experience in physical therapy with diverse patient populations.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Familiarity with evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Proficiency in monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans.
Strong organizational skills for managing time and documentation.
