You’ll master multiple lines, safeguard quality, and help a sustainability-focused manufacturer deliver every day.

Your impact

• Execute safe startups and shutdowns for extruders, thermoformers, and auxiliary / automation equipment.
• Own changeovers : perform color changes and job changes aligned to the production plan.
• Hold the standard : ensure machines run per spec; complete TPM preventive tasks; support continuous improvement projects.
• Protect quality : verify weight, diameter, color, and clarity; pack finished goods correctly; alert leadership to any deviation immediately.
• Document and communicate : complete all required paperwork accurately and on time; escalate issues following procedure; operate with minimal supervision.
• Be production-strong : hit or exceed line targets without compromising safety or quality; support teammates with training or assistance when needed.
• Stay on task : cell phone use is not permitted during production except when the line is down or during breaks.

Our Mooresville, NC facility—30 miles north of Charlotte—opened in 1996 and employs approximately 700 people producing cups, lids, and trays. The site has been recognized as Safety Plant of the Year and Food Service Manufacturer of the Year.
