Senior Data Engineering Manager

Overview

Senior Data Engineering Manager role at CVS Health. Lead and mentor a data engineering team to scale the data platform, establish best practices, and deliver on the data needs of the business. Hands-on leader with strong people management and technical execution skills.

The data engineering team is responsible for processing Claims, Revenue, and Medicare specific data from 30+ payors into the Data Warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Management :

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Own the technical vision and roadmap for the data platform, aligned with business objectives and scalable with company growth.

Partner with product managers, data scientists, analysts, and other engineering teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.

Ensure the data platform meets standards for performance, security, and data quality.

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $130,295.00 - $260,590.00. The actual base salary offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for CVS Health bonus or incentive programs and may include equity.
