Automotive Assistant Manager

Job Description

Automotive Assistant Manager role at Mountain View Tire and Auto Service . Pay : $19.00-$21.50 per hour. This position is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. As an automotive manager at Monro, you will be involved in all aspects of everyday store operations, ensuring efficient, productive, and safe operation of our service bays. The role includes comprehensive management training, guest relationship building, and delivery of high-quality customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Manager on store operations and decisions regarding hiring, training, coaching, disciplining, and termination of employees.
• Support automotive technicians by training and developing teammates on all shop operations and guest services to maintain a productive sales environment.
• Assist with employee scheduling, completing timecards, and assigning work to Lube and Tire technicians.
• Perform duties of automotive technician as needed.
• Attend meetings and clinics to maintain current knowledge of tools, parts, and repairs.
