  • Mercyhealth Hospital and Physician Clinic ( Crystal Lake) : Private inpatient suites, intensive care units, advanced surgery suites, diagnostic services, and a 24 / 7 emergency department.

  • Join an excellent Endocrinology Team of Endocrinologist, Advance Practice Providers, and support staff including Nursing, Diabetes Educators and Dieticians.

  • Flexible schedule depending on location.

    • Compensation & Benefits Package

  • Base Salary : $290,000 to 370,000, with potential to exceed based on performance
  • Generous Incentives :
  • Negotiable sign-on bonus
  • Relocation assistance up to $10,000

  • Loan forgiveness through Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) for those serving in an underserved area
