We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Drayage Dispatcher to coordinate the pickup, delivery, and movement of freight containers between ports, warehouses, and rail terminals. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and efficient drayage operations while maintaining strong communication with drivers, customers, and terminal operators.

Key Responsibilities :

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for port and warehouse container moves.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide updates to customers and management.
• Optimize routing and load assignments to maximize efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and driver activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, DOT, and company regulations.
• Assist in coordinating detention and demurrage issues when needed.
