Marketing Manager - Brand and Social Media
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of Daiso USA's digital brand strategy and digital / social media campaigns. This individual will be responsible for elevating Daiso's online presence, growing digital engagement, and enhancing customer interaction across platforms. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, data-driven, and passionate about building brand equity through creative storytelling and performance marketing.
This role will work closely with both U.S. and international teams, report directly to the Head of Marketing, and play a critical part in shaping Daiso's digital growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with brand goals
- Manage and optimize digital ad placements across platforms
- Lead the creation, publishing, and performance tracking of digital and social media content
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns that drive customer retention and engagement
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor campaign ROI and make data-driven recommendations to scale success
- Coordinate content production projects, ensuring alignment with brand messaging
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaign success
- Stay current with digital trends, tools, and best practices
- Develop and run A / B tests and conversion experiments
- Oversee digital marketing budgets and project timelines
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail or consumer productsStrong working knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Twitter Ads, and other advertising platformsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)Understanding of SEO, analytics tools, and digital KPIsFamiliarity with video and image specifications, aspect ratios, and frame ratesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with a desire to test, learn, and iterateExcellent communication and collaboration skillsComfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environmentOccasional travel to the corporate office in Orange County, CA requiredEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
