Job Title : Quality Engineer
Responsibilities
Design and implement quality assurance systems and processes.
Conduct inspections, testing, and analysis to identify defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
Utilize root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies to resolve quality issues.
Analyze quality and production data to drive process improvements and enhance product performance.
Collaborate with design, engineering, manufacturing, and management teams to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement to optimize processes and exceed customer expectations.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within manufacturing or technology.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and standard operating procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to technical detail.
Experience in inspections, audits, and data-driven process validations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for global collaboration.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline.
5+ years of quality experience in a global manufacturing or technology organization.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
Proficiency with Minitab, Power BI, or SAP quality modules.
Experience with statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, and CAPA methodologies.
Proven record of leading cross-functional quality improvement projects.

This is a Permanent position based out of Whitsett, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00 / yr.
401k 6% PTO for 2 weeksManufacturing Servers
