Restaurant General Manager Qualifications :
- Require current or very recent experience in high-volume drive-thru or delivery
- Solid tenure no job hoppers
- Upbeat and energetic personality, highly positive, and able to coach
- Great communication skills and personal appearance
- Focused on standards to deliver an outstanding speed of service, amazing food, and customer service
- A desire to join an organization centered around freshness and excellence - need to be able to manage a large scratch kitchen prep list.
- A willingness to lead from the front and put in the time and effort to ensure excellence
