The Critical Care Internal Resource Team (IRT) provides support and addit ional resources to Emergency Departments and Critical Care units throughout UnityPoint Health-Des Moines during times of vacancy, high acuity, and census variat ions. With individualized training, Critical Care IRT staff also provide support fo r Outpatient Surgery, Endoscopy, and PACU .
