What You'll Be Doing
As an In-Home RBT , you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . Your work will help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills while improving behaviors in a positive, play-based setting.
Responsibilities :
Implement individualized ABA therapy programsTrack data and document client progress in our user-friendly EMR systemUse positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill developmentCollaborate closely with families, BCBAs, and your fellow RBTsEnsure sessions are engaging, goal-oriented, and child-centeredWhat You Bring
Required :
Active RBT Certification (Registered Behavior Technician)High school diploma or equivalentReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseExperience working with children of diverse abilitiesPreferred :
