Qualifications
- I have at least seven (7) years of experience in advanced systems analysis and design for complex application systems involving various sub-systems, programs, files, databases, and users.
- I possess a minimum of five (5) years of programming and troubleshooting experience using Oracle PeopleSoft technical tools such as Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, BI Publisher, COBOL, etc.
- I am knowledgeable in all phases of application software development, including administration, setup, and troubleshooting.
- I have experience in developing reports, data interfaces, and applications that meet both business and technical requirements, including systems integration between PeopleSoft and third-party services.
- I am experienced in documenting technical and business requirements and processes, which may include user training.
- I am capable of handling confidential and time-sensitive information effectively.
- I provide internal customer service through troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving production issues in PeopleSoft environments.
- I possess a strong understanding of database management principles and techniques, as well as SQL data languages (like Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle).
Responsibilities :
I coordinate the work of project teams consisting of technical staff, vendors, and users, ensuring that project needs and requirements are clearly defined and met within specific timelines and budgets.I communicate with management, technical staff, and users to analyze current and projected application needs while performing research on new systems and modifications.I prepare and track project estimates and completion timelines while establishing work plans according to system capacity and personnel availability.I develop detailed design specifications, performance criteria, and testing methods while providing training and technical guidance for new or modified systems and procedures.I utilize software tools for systems analysis, applications programming, debugging, and maintaining the computer system's operational integrity.I lead and coordinate the efforts of team members and contractors, promoting collaboration to ensure successful project delivery.I conduct ongoing system support and enhancements, preparing effective schedules and troubleshooting performance issues.Company :
