In this role, you will be effectively managing projects and customer support for fast‑paced, exciting pharmaceutical accounts. You will be working with smart, engaged clients who appreciate attention to detail, collaboration, and quick thinking.

You Will Do :

• Serve as point‑of‑contact for customers, providing proactive updates on deliverable status.
• Lead development of external and internal communications including press releases, key messages, website content, patient engagement content, video scripts, social media content, sponsored content and presentations for meetings, summits, planning, etc.
• Manage project timelines and action plans, delegating work and supporting team operations.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.

Location : Los Angeles, CA

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120K to $145K. Salary may vary based on qualifications and performance. Some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions / bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
