The Role : Controls Engineer

Controls Engineers are responsible for designing, programming, and commissioning automation and control systems using PLCs and related technologies. You’ll work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment to develop innovative custom automation solutions that bring complex machinery to life.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

o Proficiency with scratch programming of PLCs, HMIs, robotics, motion control, and vision systems.

 PLC - Siemens, Allen Bradley, & Omron

 Robot - Fanuc, Kuka, ABB

 Vision - Cognex, Keyence

 Ignition

o Strong grasp of structured software design principles.

o Proven ability to debug complex automation systems (software, wiring, mechanical).

o Technically creative—able to design solutions that are robust and cost-effective.

o Work effectively across disciplines, managing complex and challenging situations with professionalism, composure, and sound engineering judgment.

o Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to quickly master new technologies and project requirements while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
