A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for MY South & Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales, distribution, and spending objectives by managing secondary sales force activities
Plan and review trade activities with Distributor branch Managers and assess performance quarterly
Initiate promotional activities to enhance distribution and sales opportunities while ensuring compliance with merchandising standards
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of managerial experience in an FMCG background, preferably in distributor channels
Degree holder in any discipline, or a minimum of a Diploma
Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with others
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
