What You’ll Do :
Financial & Administrative Support
Assist with rent collection and ensure timely bank deposits and Yardi entriesHelp manage lease files and ensure proper execution of all documentsSupport eviction processes and utility cut-offs when necessaryMaintain accurate records and assist with weekly staff schedulingResident Relations
Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residentsAddress resident concerns and complaints with professionalism and careConduct property tours and highlight community features and amenitiesMaintenance Coordination
Walk and inspect the property regularly to ensure quality standardsCoordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely apartment turnoversMonitor service requests and follow up on completionMarketing & Leasing
Stay informed about local market trends and neighborhood conditionsRespond to leasing inquiries and guide prospects through the application processReview rental applications and assist with approvals or rejectionsSafety & Compliance
Participate in property inspections and safety meetingsEnsure timely reporting of workers’ compensation claims and incidentsKey Qualifications :
2+ years of onsite community management experienceReliable transportation for travel to assigned communitiesWorking knowledge of Fair Housing RegulationsStrong organizational and project management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel ; Yardi experience is a plusExcellent communication skills—both written and verbalA team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentKey Competencies :
