Job Description

Prellis Biologics uses proprietary technology to 3D print lymph node organoids, which we are using to generate in vitro antibody libraries andinvitrohumanlymphnodecoculturesfor generating antigen-specific B-cells. We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate - Senior Research Associate, Cell Culture / Cell Line Development, to join our Antibody Screening team. The successful candidate will contribute to the maintenance, scale-up, and development of mammalian cell lines for biologics discovery. This role will involve hands-on laboratory work, data analysis, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform mammalian cell culture under sterile conditions of multiple cell lines simultaneously (e.g., CHO, HEK293, etc.)
• Support routine maintenance, passaging, expansion, and cryopreservation of cell lines to ensure a reliable supply of high-quality cells for downstream applications.
• Support cell line development workflows, including transfection, clone screening, and selection.
• Maintain meticulous experimental records and effectively communicate findings in internal meetings.
• Contribute to process optimization for improved productivity and product quality.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
