707 Pilot Instructor
CAE is seeking a highly qualified and experienced 707 Pilot Instructor to join its dedicated team. This position will start as a part-time position with the potential to become full-time based upon contract growth. This pivotal role involves providing expert instruction on 707 variants (E-3, KC-135, E-6, RC-135, etc.) aircraft systems and operational procedures across diverse training environments, including aircraft, classroom, simulator, and practical settings. The instructor serves as a critical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing training curriculum, study outlines, and orientation materials to be employed during procedures and flight simulator training. Conducts instructional sessions, briefings, follow-ups, and proficiency checks on flight simulators in accordance with approved syllabi and company policies and procedures. Evaluates trainee progress and recommends qualification or additional training. Reviews simulator design and training effectiveness to provide maximum proficiency. Coordinates utilization schedules for training flight crews and necessary engineering support.

Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources. Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
Work Environment
The work environment primarily involves a standard office setting but includes potential exposure to electrical shock, moving mechanical parts, extreme heat, airborne particles, and significant noise levels within training device areas.
Physical Demands
The role necessitates the ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, climbing stairs and ladders into simulators or aircraft cockpits; stooping, bending, and crawling. It requires the sensory ability to detect odors or noises indicating potential equipment issues.
