Academy Coach Role

Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to various age groups, teams, and players while following a set Challenger curriculum. Key responsibilities include :

• Coaching daily / weekly sessions for players aged 2-16 years
• Maintaining logbooks to track hours and sessions
• Using Challenger software to provide online session plans
• Communicating with parents and players within our registration programs
• Following and adapting schedules as needed due to weather or other factors

Compensation

$20-$35 gross per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Location

Field sessions can be anywhere within a 1-hour radius of your home.

Times

Sessions are scheduled in the evenings from Monday to Friday and during the day on weekends.
