Senior Product Designer

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer (Core Product Track).

Key Responsibilities

Design product experiences that drive user behavior in collaboration with the Patient journey and Platform teams

Create treatment journeys for patients with ADHD and other mental health conditions, fostering emotional connections and trust

Contribute to the design system and collaborate with product teams on strategy to define OKRs and initiatives

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer

Experience designing B2B SaaS and / or consumer digital products

Fluent in Russian and English

A portfolio demonstrating real product thinking and user flows

Experience with AI-based product experiences is a plus
