About the Role

The Company is looking for a dynamic Director of Digital Sales Platform to lead the growth and enhancement of our digital procurement platform designed for B2B customers. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping our go-to-market strategy, exploring new market opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships. Your expertise will be vital in aligning the platform with our operational strengths and the needs of MRO buyers, focusing on maximizing reach and delivering value through digital integration and convenience.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Continuously analyzing and optimizing platform performance.
  • Collaborating with enterprise customers for seamless integration with their procurement systems.
  • Aligning pricing, product assortment, and messaging with institutional and industrial customer buying behaviors.

We seek a leader with proven experience in B2B digital commerce, a robust understanding of MRO sales, and the capability to navigate complex buyer groups and organizations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a history of successfully leading teams, achieving commercial targets, and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver tangible results. Strong financial and strategic acumen, along with experience in franchise, licensee, or distributed models, are highly desirable.
