ADP WFM Implementation Project Manager

A company is looking for an ADP WFM Implementation Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee multi-site workforce management implementation efforts

Ensure smooth delivery and operational readiness across multiple hospital locations

Serve as both Project Manager and functional subject matter expert for workforce management initiatives

Required Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of experience managing ADP WFM or similar workforce management system implementations

Strong understanding of healthcare workforce operations, scheduling, and labor management

Proven ability to operate effectively in environments with limited vendor structure or documentation

Experience implementing WFM systems in multi-site healthcare environments preferred

PMP or other project management certifications are a plus
