NRDC is seeking a Senior National Direct Mail Campaign Manager to work with the Membership Fundraising team in NRDCs Development department in any of NRDC's . based offices.
Position Summary
The Senior Manager should be a creative and experienced membership marketer looking to be part of a dynamic team to create compelling donor engagement and fundraising campaigns working with key program, membership, communications and digital staff along with NRDC’s direct mail marketing agency. The position reports to the Managing Director of Membership and Planned Giving.
Ideal candidates will have professional experience working with progressive environmental or advocacy organizations and/or consulting firms to utilize direct marketing tools to incentivize member giving, implement retention strategies, and new member acquisition packages.

We offer competitive salaries, , and a supportive working environment. Salary is based on a nonprofit scale and is commensurate with skills and experience. Internal equity will be reviewed and considered to determine a final offer. For this position, the salary range is $90,000 to $115,000.
NRDC operates under a hybrid work model. Employees are required to come to the office 8 days per month.
