Position Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cloud AI Administrator to manage user access, provisioning, and operational workflows for cloud AI platforms and ML systems. This role focuses on administration, monitoring, and optimization of AI services in enterprise environments, ensuring secure and efficient access, robust operational controls, and process improvements across AI infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage user access and permissions for cloud AI and ML platforms, including account creation, disabling, and credential delivery.
Process and monitor access requests via ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and escalate issues as needed.
Administer roles, group memberships, and security settings across cloud AI environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requests, prioritize daily tasks, and ensure adherence to operational processes.
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in access management and recommend process improvements.
Maintain documentation for AI platform access workflows, configurations, and operational procedures.
Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance checks for AI / ML systems.
Handle large data sets for reporting, audits, and operational analysis.
Support cloud AI platform compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PHI, HIPAA if applicable).
Required Qualifications :
B.S. or B.A. in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
12+ years of IT experience, with strong experience in cloud administration, AI / ML operations, or enterprise IT operations.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI / ML service administration.
Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud identity management systems.
Proficient in ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow), MS Excel, and data handling for large datasets.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for automation of access or operational tasks.
Familiarity with AI / ML pipeline monitoring, observability, and governance frameworks.
Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries with compliance requirements.
Understanding of cloud networking, security, and protocol fundamentals.
