Job Description :

• Manage borrower information flow from the Credit Portfolio Group’s clients, ensuring adherence to Compliance policies regarding the handling of Private Material Non-Public Information
• Review and understand legal documents (including Credit Agreements), financial materials and investment committee memoranda in connection with syndicated and unitranche loans.
• Operate proactively and with urgency to ensure timely delivery of credit agreement financial covenant reporting information
• Navigate web-based due diligence data rooms, obtain and organize documentation
• Demonstrate problem-solving and solid judgment / decision making skills
• Exhibit ownership, escalation and resolution of issues when they occur in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with the Credit Portfolio Group, the Credit Trading Desk, operations, legal, and compliance to ensure proper and timely posting of all documentation
• Ownership of internal communication, status updates and covenant compliance tracker
• Field and resolve ad-hoc queries from internal and external clients
• Identify and address control gaps and efficiency opportunities
