Summary Description

This position is responsible for assisting our customers with the proper fitting of ski and / or snowboard equipment while continuing to provide the best-in-class guest service for which Christy Sports is known.

Job Responsibilities

• Fit boots, skis, snowboards and / or poles to guest satisfaction
• Demonstrate and maintain the high standard of guest service
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and industry trends
• Complete accurate work order paperwork
• Demonstrate proper knowledge of company cash handling policies and procedures
• Be on-time for your scheduled work-shift, with proper and clean appearance
• Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques
• Be energetic, motivated, and possess the ability to multi-task
• Other duties as may be assigned

Budgeted range starts at : $20-$26 / hour + Commission. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
