Locum Physician (MD / DO) - Family Practice in Indiana

We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana, starting Jan 5, 2026. This full-time opportunity features a mix of day and evening shifts Monday through Friday, providing primary care to patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient setting. Job Details Location : Indiana Start Date : Jan 5, 2026 LOA : 120 days Provider Type Needed : Family Practice Physician Schedule : 8am-5pm (Monday, Wednesday & Friday); 10am-7pm (Tuesday & Thursday) Responsibilities and Duties Collaborate with up to 2 advanced practice providers Manage medications and provide patient education for home treatment Refer patients to specialists as appropriate Ensure continuity of care between visits Complete charting and documentation for each patient consultation in the EMR (eClinicalWorks) Participate in peer reviews Work closely with the Chief Medical Officer and medical team Deliver care to a culturally and economically diverse patient population Additional Information Must be licensed to practice in Indiana Board Certification in Family Medicine required Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certifications required Comfortable seeing patients of all ages Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR preferred Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
