Operational Excellence Intern
The Operational Excellence team enhances and implements elements of Takeda's Agile Operating System (AOS). The team engages colleagues to drive continuous improvement that optimizes processes, reduces waste, enhances safety, and increases productivity. The team supports all business functions at the site and has a wide range of responsibilities that align with and drive towards the site vision and strategy.
The Operational Excellence Intern will help drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives, enhancing manufacturing and business processes, efficiency, effectiveness, and reducing waste. In this role you will manage a project from initiation to completion, in collaboration with a cross-functional team. You will report to the Operational Excellence Lead.

U.S. Hourly Wage Range :
$21.00 - $46.00
The estimated hourly range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will depend on the candidate's school year / level to be entered following completion of internship. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
