Lead Integration Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain data pipelines and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement integrations with external systems (APIs, HL7, FHIR, CDA, flat files)

Collaborate with client-facing teams and QA to ensure reliable and scalable integrations

Mentor engineers on integration practices and document integration designs and processes

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in integration engineering, interoperability, or healthcare IT

Strong experience with C# / .NET in a Microsoft Azure cloud environment

Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL, e.g., MongoDB, Redis)

Experience with CI / CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Azure DevOps, Terraform)

Understanding of HL7, FHIR, CDA, and API-based integrations
