We are seeking an experienced Payroll Processor to provide immediate support to our U.S. payroll operations following disruption to offshore resources. This role will focus on accurate, timely payroll processing for a large employee population using ADP EV5.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. employees
• Validate employee data : new hires, terminations, transfers, and compensation updates
• Review and reconcile payroll inputs from HR, Timekeeping, and Benefits systems
• Process off-cycle payments, adjustments, and retroactive corrections
• Audit pre- and post-payroll reports to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Tax teams to resolve payroll discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with multi-state, federal, and local tax regulations
• Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee data
