HVAC Installation Technician

Broadley's is accepting applications for a HVAC Installation Technician who will work as part of the Installation Department team to provide excellent HVAC installation services to our customer base. Broadley's Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning has been family owned and operated since 1911, and continues the tradition of providing excellent HVAC and Plumbing services to our communities in southern New Jersey.

Job Title : HVAC Installation Technician

Department : Residential / Light Commercial Installation

Reports to : Install Manager

Work Hours : 7am - 3 : 30pm, Monday-Friday with Warranty On-Call Rotation Schedule; Overtime as Required

Pay Scale : Base $30 / hour with the potential to earn up to $60 / hour including Benefits & Spif Programs

Position Summary : This position is responsible for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.  This role will assist to supervise the work of other helpers / apprentices to maintain high quality and timely job performance. Reports to Installation Manager.
