Description : Position Summary

The HVAC and Plumbing Estimator / Sales Representative is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and preparing accurate and competitive estimates for both HVAC and plumbing systems. This role combines technical estimating expertise with customer-facing sales responsibilities to drive revenue growth and ensure successful project outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :

Sales & Customer Relations

• Identify and pursue residential HVAC and plumbing sales opportunities.
• Conduct on-site consultations to evaluate customer needs and present system options.
• Prepare and present proposals, close sales, and guide customers through the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.

Estimating & Proposal Development

Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise

Administrative & Reporting
