We're Hiring a Bilingual Customer Retention Specialist

Location :  Broomfield, CO - Hybrid - 3 days in office

What You’ll Do

• Engage Customers :  Reach out proactively to understand and address reasons for potential service discontinuation.
• Resolve Issues :  Take ownership of customer concerns, ensuring high satisfaction and minimal escalation.
• Make Decisions :  Act independently to resolve customer needs with confidence and efficiency.
• Deliver Excellence :  Collaborate across teams and communicate with senior management to provide outstanding service.
• Negotiate Solutions :  Work directly with customers to overcome adoption barriers and resolve pain points.
• Document Thoroughly :  Maintain detailed records of interactions and activities in Salesforce.
• Analyze Trends :  Use data to identify opportunities to improve retention and reduce churn.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally :  Partner with Sales and Support to manage escalations and enhance the customer experience.
• Create Content :  Develop and deliver materials that support customer adoption and engagement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr.
