On-Site Position

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1780 - $1910

ICU RN Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience

BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required

Proficient in ART lines, ventilator management, central venous lines (CVL), CVP monitoring, hemodynamic monitoring, and IV medication administration

Experience with Swan Ganz, balloon, and impella pumps preferred

Ability to float to other units, including medical / surgical (med / surg) as needed

Comfortable using EMR systems; MedHost experience a plus

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care for critically ill patients in the ICU

Perform advanced clinical monitoring and interventions (ART lines, ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring)

Float to med / surg units when required

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including 24 / 7 in-house respiratory therapy

Maintain accurate documentation using MedHost EMR

Follow hospital policies, including dress code (solid color scrubs)
