Senior Roadway Project Manager – Leadership Opportunity

A growing, well-established civil engineering firm is seeking a Senior Roadway Project Manager to support its expanding presence in the Midwest. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful transportation projects while contributing to strategic growth across key markets.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced roadway professional who can manage transportation projects from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate brings at least 15 years of experience, strong technical accuracy, and the ability to sign and seal project documents. Additional responsibilities may include mentoring developing engineers, preparing technical content for pursuits, supporting project delivery relative to scope and budget, and assisting with contract negotiations. Experience working with MoDOT and IDOT is strongly preferred.

Position Requirements

• Work Locations : Missouri or Illinois (Remote position)
• License : Professional Engineer (PE) in Illinois
• Education : BSCE from an accredited program
• Department : Roadway / Transportation
• Schedule : Full-time
